The DESK V HP provides a uniform, conductive, fine-grained 100Å film in a coating cycle time under three minutes. The advanced magnetron design, in conjunction with the patented anode grid, prevents electron bombardment of the specimen for truly cold sputtering.
The Desk V HP's new power supply provides Iridium coating capabilities.
The unique lid design provides for quick and easy target change and also allows for easy loading and unloading of samples.
