The Denton Vacuum DESK V HP sets the industry standard for ease of sputter coating. No other sputter coater can match its combination of fast cycle times, low substrate temperature during sputtering and reliability.
The DESK V HP provides a uniform, conductive, fine-grained 100Å film in a coating cycle time under three minutes. The advanced magnetron design, in conjunction with the patented anode grid, prevents electron bombardment of the specimen for truly cold sputtering.
The DESK V HP also offers Etch Mode for cleaning of non-delicate specimens contaminated with organic films of water and oil, to provide a clean substrate for sputtered atoms to adhere to. A shutter protects the target from contamination during etching. The shutter is removable if samples larger than two inches are to be coated.
The Desk V HP's new power supply provides Iridium coating capabilities.
The unique lid design provides for quick and east target change and also allows for easy loading and unloading of samples.
