EXCELLENT ULTIMATE VACUUM
Employing new material (high quality continuously drawn cast iron bar) completely eliminates imperfections in vacuum pressure caused by typically caused by casting defects.

IMPROVED ANTI-SUCKBACK VALVE SYSTEM
An anti-suckback valve designed specifically for the TRP series prevents oil from entering the vacuum system if the pump is stopped unintentionally or during a restart.

CONSTANT PRESSURE OIL CIRCULATING SYSTEM
The TRP series is equipped with a gear rotor oil pump producing high pressure which ensures perfect oil circulation.  This system prevents premature wear due to poor oil supply and enables continuous low vacuum operation.

CONVENIENT GAS BALLAST VALVE CONTROL 
Gas ballast valve control has three steps for easy adjustment while pump is in operation. The gas ballast valve provides self cleaning ability for removal of condensable gases from oil by supplying fresh gas to the 2nd cylinder of the pump to prevent mist condensation.
